I don't participate in surveys, but I thought I would respond to this one. I was impressed and pleased by the level of service I received by the staff. For approximately 2 years I have been searching for answers to questions I have about foot pain and discomfort. Dr. Southerland was able to answer the questions for me.

Normally I’ve had a good experience, this last time Dr. Landry ordered some preforms. Not happy. I’ve had to visit 4 times to get adjusted only to have different symptoms occur (ankle instability). Now because we’re only eligible 1 pair of orthotics a year I’m screwed. Went for a 2nd opinion was given a a splint for plantar fasciitis plus a brace for the ankle. Couldn’t get any custom orthotics unless Dr fills a medical necessity form which may or may not work or reverse the claim. In order for this to happen I have to go back to see him. Not happy at all.

The office is filled with extremely helpful people. They are all willing to help you with any questions or concerns. Dr. Rabjohn herself makes sure that if you need a procedure she will explain it to you and make sure she does her best to help you heal. She was able to heal my foot, save my toes . Great doctor who cares about her patients.

The girl at the front desk, Lana I believe her name was, was excellent cheerful and delightful to be around. Dr. Rabjohm Was effervescent and very helpful and taking care of my foot pain.
